I agree with you completely. In my first draft, I had written that the current municipal arrangements should change the current political purpose of LGAs which is to fund parties by corruption.

Restructuring is inevitable. We can either let it happen peacefully or it will happen in a catastrophic manner. Sadly, there is no way to solve this at this point in time.
